طرح حمایت از سازهای شکسته زیر آوار با حمایت جمعی‌از اهالی‌موسیقی و با سرپرستی ‌رعناصالحی‌ و مریم مقصودی‌پور‌‌ برای ‌دو روستای زلزله‌زده قلعه‌واری وقلعه بهادری زیرنظر استادتنبور فرخ‌ یادگاری اجرا شد. در بیانیه شروع به کار این طرح آمده است:

زلزله همه چیز را در خود می‌شکند. روح، روان، جسم و جان را. دارایی انسان را در هم می‌تند و می‌شکافد.

در زلزله کرمانشاه یکی از چیزهایی که در فرهنگ و جان مردم شکسته شد، سازهایی است که با زندگی مردم این منطقه درآمیخته بود و صدایشان زیر آوار خاموش شد.

حضور ما در زلزله کرمانشاه برای کودکان در بحران بود. برای رسیدگی به آنها در کنارشان بودیم و در عین حال آواهای سوگ و تراژیک آنها را می‌شنیدیم. شور و شوق تک تک آنها برای به دست گرفتن ساز و نواختن آن وصف‌ناپذیر بود. چیزی که حال‌شان را بهتر می‌کرد و از خود آنها بود.

برآن شدیم که سازهای شکسته زیر آوار را دوباره احیا کنیم تا موسیقی زندگی دوباره جاری شود.

طرح پشه‌بند از دل فعالیت کمپ هیوا در زلزله کرمانشاه و با حمایت حامیانی چون موسسه پرنده درخت کوچک انجام شد. با توجه به شرایط سخت زندگی در گرمای تابستان در کانکس سبب شد که انجمن با حمایت‌های مالی مواد اولیه و چرخ را تامین و برای نزدیک به ۵ روستا پشه‌بند تولید کند. در این طرح 25 نفر از زنان محلی با دریافت دستمزد، مشارکت داشتند.
